What areas do you cover?

Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas, North London & Central London. That said, if your location is not included in this list of areas above, please still get in touch as we may be able to make arrangements for you.

Question 2

Will you dispose of all the leftover packaging?

Accepted Answer

No, we will not be responsible for removing and disposing of the leftover packaging, however we will always leave the boxes in a neat pile and bag up any leftover materials where possible.

Question 3

What about if I need to cancel my booking?

Accepted Answer

No problem at all. Please make sure you cancel the booking with as much notice as possible or at a minimum of 24 hours before the appointment.

What are the payment methods I can use?

We accept payments through bank transfer, card, or cash. However, please note that bank transfer is the preferred method. Payments will be processed only upon completion of the assembly service.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, public liability insurance has been obtained.

Is heavy lifting included?

Accepted Answer

No, items are to be placed in or near the location where they are to be built with enough space for assembly. (Most retailers deliver to a single location of your choice). If heavy lifting is required, please let us know in advance as arrangements can be made and will be included in the quotation.

Do you do only assemble IKEA furniture?

Accepted Answer

No, we specialise in the assembly of all flat pack furniture brands. Put simply, if you buy it, we can build it!

Question 8

What happens if my furniture is damaged or has missing parts?

Accepted Answer

If we discover missing parts or damaged items, we will inform you straight away before proceeding any further with the assembly. On occasions where we have traveled far and the damages affect the ability to complete the build, we will charge a small fee to cover time spent / travel expenses. We understand the frustration that may arise in such situations. However, it is imperative for us as a business to implement the mentioned fees to cover outgoing costs. We are more than happy to provide written evidence, including pictures, to assist you in challenging the retailer if needed.

How much space is needed for assembly in my property?

Accepted Answer

As all items vary it's hard to give an exact answer, however to avoid disappointment we recommend clearing as much space as possible. We're happy to help move items around in the room (within reason) and will advise of the type of space needed when providing a quotation, however it is your responsibility to measure the items to make sure they fit.
