Divan bases need the castors and glides seated square or the frame rocks; ottoman beds need the gas struts fitted the right way round so the lid holds instead of dropping; bunk and cabin beds have to be checked against the safety fixings before a child sleeps in them. We build all of them properly and test the frame under load before we leave.
