The terms in force on the date of your booking apply.
Using this website
We try to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it is general information and not a quote. Links to other websites (such as review sites or retailers) are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.
Quotes
Quotes are based on the details and links you give us. If the items or job turn out to be different (for example, extra items or missing parts), we'll tell you and agree any change in price before carrying on.
Booking and scheduling
Appointments are arranged with flexible scheduling to suit you. Bookings are confirmed by email or WhatsApp.
What's not included
- Carrying items up or down stairs (no stair lifting).
- Fitted or built-in wardrobes and bespoke joinery — we assemble freestanding furniture only.
- Packaging removal — boxes and packaging are left neatly stacked for you.
Your responsibilities
- Make sure all items and parts have been delivered before the appointment.
- Provide clear access and a suitable space to work, and let us know about parking.
- Before wall fixing, tell us about any existing damage to walls or floors, and any hidden pipes or cables you know of.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless agreed otherwise in your booking message.
Booking fees
A booking fee (typically £30 on bookings over £150) may be requested to secure your appointment. The amount is confirmed in your booking message and is deducted from your final balance.
Why we ask for a booking fee: when you book, we reserve that slot just for you, plan our route and turn away other enquiries. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, that slot usually can't be refilled, so the fee is kept to cover the time we held for you.
Nothing in this section affects your legal rights.
Cancellations
- 48 hours' notice or more: if you cancel with at least 48 hours' notice, your booking fee is refunded in full. If you reschedule instead, it can be carried over to the new date.
- Less than 48 hours' notice: because appointments are usually booked to take place soon, at your request, cancelling with less than 48 hours' notice means the booking fee is kept to cover the slot we held for you.
- Your statutory rights: domestic customers (consumers) have a legal right to cancel contracts made remotely within 14 days (see gov.uk/cancel-contract). Where you ask for work to be scheduled within those 14 days, you agree that our 48-hour cancellation policy applies to the reserved slot, and a fair charge for any work already done may apply. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
- Business customers: bookings made for business, trade or commercial purposes (such as offices, landlords and letting agents) don't have the 14-day cancellation right. The booking fee is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, but it can be carried over if you reschedule.
How to cancel or rearrange: tell us by email (tony@webuildpro.co.uk), phone or WhatsApp.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with anything, please contact us first at tony@webuildpro.co.uk and we'll do our best to put it right.
Liability
We take care with every job. If something goes wrong because of our work, please tell us as soon as possible and we'll put it right. We're not responsible for faults in the furniture itself, such as manufacturing defects or missing parts.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
