This website and service are run by Tony Weeden, a sole trader trading as We Build Pro – Flat Pack Assembly Services. We are responsible for your personal details.

When you use a quote or contact form on this website, we collect:

• your name, email address, phone number and postcode (and address, on the contact page)
• details of the furniture you need assembling, and any product link you choose to add

When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we also keep those messages and any photos you send. If you book a job, we keep a record of the work done, the price, invoices and payments.

To stop spam, the form system briefly holds your IP address in temporary memory to limit how many forms can be sent from one connection in an hour. It isn't saved to a database or included in our emails. Our hosting providers may keep standard technical logs, including IP addresses, for a short time.

The website also uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. See the Cookie Policy for details.

• Dealing with your enquiry and doing the job — to reply, quote, arrange and carry out the work you ask for (steps before and performance of a contract).
• Legal obligation — keeping invoice and payment records for tax.
• Legitimate interests — looking after repeat customers, remembering what was done for you, and occasionally contacting past customers about similar services.
• Legitimate interests — understanding how the website is used, through Google Analytics.

These services process your details on our behalf. WhatsApp and Gmail also handle messages under their own privacy policies.

• Supabase — runs the step that sends website form enquiries.
• Resend — sends the enquiry email to us and your confirmation email.
• Lovable — hosts this website.
• Cloudflare — handles web traffic to the site.
• Google — Gmail (where enquiries arrive), Google Analytics (website statistics) and Google Maps (only if you click to load the map on the contact page).
• WhatsApp (Meta) — used to message customers.

Customer phone numbers are also saved in our phone contacts and WhatsApp, which may be backed up to our cloud account.

Some of these services may store or process data outside the UK. Where that happens, they use the legal safeguards required by UK data protection law, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contract terms.

• Customers (anyone we've completed a job for): your name, contact details, job and payment records, and our WhatsApp and email messages about the work are kept for as long as you remain a customer, so we can manage repeat work and remember what was done for you.
• Invoice and payment records are kept for at least 6 years for tax purposes.
• We review customer records from time to time and delete details for people who are no longer customers.
• Enquiries that didn't become a job: emails, WhatsApp messages and contact details are deleted after 12 months.
• We delete anyone's details if they ask, except records we must keep by law for tax.

We may occasionally contact past customers about similar services. Every message includes an easy way to opt out, and if you ask us to stop, we will.

We take reasonable steps to protect your details, but no method of sending or storing information is 100% secure.

Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR) you have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the details we hold about you
• ask us to correct or delete your details
• object to, or ask us to limit, how we use your details
• ask for your details to be passed to you or another organisation
• stop any marketing messages at any time
